Day 9 AM

8:45am. Good morning. I'm sold on this product now in the sense that I'm seeing stuff come out i normally don't see. and its solid and it's fast. for the last 2 days, i had 4 bm's a day. usually in the morning when i wake up around 8am, then once again at work around 1o-11am, then around 3-4pm, and then once more after the gym around 7pm.
The pills and the fiber are taken regularly, and i have no issues with those. headaches are not common anymore, and really, i feel normal. i feel better, don't have too many tummy issues, and if i do, it usually just means i gotta go. keep you posted if i see anything ridiculous.

Day 7 AM

10:30am. Just had an amazing BM. it's strange. i'm sitting at my desk, sorta waiting to have a bm. i have sorta a stomach ache, but not really. i think i have to go, but i'm not sure. but when i sit down, and things start moving, they really move and move. i feel good, sorta got a spring to my step. the bm was plenty. i'm starting to see things that i don't usually see. textures and colors and such that are different than my usual bm. and the bm's are cleaner so to speak. doesn't leave as much residue, ie, you are using much less tp. i'm starting to like this cleanse. got my water on, about 1/2 L so far. for breakfast, i went a bit over the edge and had half a breakfast burrito from my taco truck. yum and oh my!

Day 6 PM

12:55pm Let's catch up. Friday, had a regular BM. that goes for sat and sun as well. nothing remarkable to report, but the same old BM. I'm expecting things to pick up today, as I started 1 scoop of the fiber

Day 3 PM

2:15pm no headache to report at all today. after i got into the office, i didn't eat breakfast, just plain forgot. had a small bm . took my 2 toxinout and 3 detoxigreens and had a tuna sammich, california sourdough is sooo yummy! at around 2pm, had another bm, this one wanted out, and had a nice full bm. feel good. actually feel great. woot.

Day 3 AM

9:05am. had a nice bm yesterday right before the gym at 5pm. was good. had a L at the gym, and sweated some in the sauna. went home had a steak burrito. had 2 flora protect pills. steeped my tea for 2 minutes and went to bed. nothing remarkable. woke up this morning, had a mini bm before work. took my 2 paranil, and my 1/2 scoop of fiber with soy milk and here at work. slight headache but nothing some water can't take care of. still waiting for something crazy.

Day 2 PM

3:05pm feeling pretty good. already finished 2 L of water, now i'm just sipping on water, trying not to drink too much as they said it was bad, but drinking a lil, just cuz i feel thirsty. so yeah, around 11am, had a nice bm, 4 hard pcs. so bms have been nice. hoping this is the calm before the storm.

Day 2 AM

8:45am. Yesterday at 2:30 pm and around 4:30pm had a bm. both were of the quick and firm nature. nothing else to report. i got home. went to the gym and another L of water. went home and had some turkey pesto and some whole wheat pasta. Then before bedtime, I took 2 Flora Protect probiotic capsules and the KleriTea. Steeped that for 2 minutes exactly.

This morning, i woke up feeling fine. I sorta already knew reading from previous users, that this stuff doesn't really kick in until 4-5 days, so I'm just playing the waiting game. I took my 2 Paranil capsules. I did my 1/2 scoop of fiber with the soy bean milk again. delicious. followed it with a quick cup of water. having this much fluids in the morning is just not comfy at all. but by the time i got into the office, i was hungry enough to consider breakfast. So I went with Quaker oatmeal. had 1 serving of the maple & brown sugar.

Energy level feel regular. no headache yet, but i think i'm aware of it just by sipping on water constantly through out the morning. keep chugging that water.
